Milesight MS-C5361-EPB is a 5MP 12X H.265+ Mini PTZ Bullet Network Camera designed for detailed surveillance where both image quality and flexible viewing angles are important. Its 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS sensor captures video up to 2592 x 1944 resolution, allowing the camera to show more scene detail than standard lower-resolution models. With 120 dB Super WDR, it can handle scenes with strong contrast between bright and dark areas, helping preserve visibility when lighting is uneven across the monitored space. Image settings such as brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness can also be adjusted to match the scene.

The camera supports color imaging in very low light and can switch between day, night, automatic, customized, and scheduled modes to match different operating conditions. IR illumination supports black-and-white monitoring in darkness, while the camera also includes IR LEDs and a white LED for night use. The video system supports H.265+, H.265, H.264+, H.264, and MJPEG compression, helping users select a suitable balance between compatibility, video quality, bandwidth, and storage requirements. Smart Stream can further reduce bandwidth and bitrate in practical installations, while privacy masking and ROI settings allow selected areas to be protected or prioritized within the image during everyday operation in privacy-sensitive or bandwidth-limited surveillance projects.

The MS-C5361-EPB combines motorized PTZ movement with a 5.3 to 64 mm lens and 12X optical zoom, allowing operators to move from wide-area monitoring to close inspection of distant subjects without losing optical detail. The 360° endless pan range and -45° to 30° tilt range make the camera suitable for observing broad outdoor or semi-outdoor areas from a fixed mounting point. Its pan and tilt speeds support both manual control and preset movement, while proportional zoom helps camera control remain manageable as the zoom level changes during close-up viewing for smoother operation.

For repeatable monitoring, the camera supports 300 preset positions, 8 patrols with up to 48 presets per patrol, and 4 patterns based on recorded manual movement paths. These functions allow routine surveillance tasks to be automated instead of requiring constant manual repositioning. Additional PTZ functions include auto scan, auto home, preset freezing, PTZ limits, initial position, power-off memory, and 3D positioning for direct control of areas of interest. Auto tracking is also supported, enabling the camera to follow a moving target by using its pan, tilt, and zoom mechanism while adjusting the view according to the target distance. Focus control can be automatic, semi-automatic, or manual for different monitoring needs.

The camera includes smart video analysis functions for security and operational monitoring. Supported events include region entrance, region exiting, advanced motion detection, tamper detection, line crossing, loitering, human detection, people counting, object left, and object removed. These functions help the camera focus on relevant activity rather than simple continuous recording and support quicker response in different monitoring scenes. Event triggers include motion detection, network disconnection, and optional external input or audio alarm, while available actions include FTP upload, SMTP upload, SD card recording, optional external output, SIP phone, white LED, PTZ motion, and HTTP notification for flexible response workflows.

For integration and deployment, the MS-C5361-EPB provides a 10/100M RJ45 Ethernet port, NAS support with NFS and SMB/CIFS, ANR, and microSD/SDHC/SDXC local storage up to 256 GB. SIP/VoIP support enables voice and video-over-IP, while ONVIF Profile G, Q, S, and T support helps integration with compatible systems. The camera is suitable for demanding environments with an IP66-rated weather-resistant housing and a -40 °C to 60 °C operating temperature range. It supports optional PoE 802.3at or 12 V DC power, and offers wall-mount or pedestal-mount installation to suit different project layouts or requirements.
