Teltonika RUTM10 Wired Wi-Fi Router

The Teltonika RUTM10 is a flexible industrial router that combines high-performance wired Ethernet with powerful dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac Wave 2) wireless. It comes with four Gigabit RJ45 ports (one WAN and three LAN), delivering fast, stable, and low-latency wired connections for demanding industrial or office networks. Wireless performance reaches up to 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band with MU-MIMO, while the 2.4 GHz band ensures broad coverage for legacy devices. Advanced Wi-Fi functions include mesh networking, fast roaming (802.11r), BSS steering (802.11v), and radio resource management (802.11k) for optimized performance in dense environments. This dual-connectivity approach allows the RUTM10 to act as both a primary router and a reliable wireless access point. Its compact, durable housing and versatile mounting options make it suitable for deployment in production floors, offices, or other installations where consistent connectivity and flexibility are essential.

The RUTM10 delivers advanced routing capabilities and robust security features that meet industrial and enterprise requirements. It supports a wide range of static and dynamic routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF v2, RIP v1/v2, EIGRP, and NHRP, ensuring compatibility with diverse network architectures. Core protocols such as TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, HTTP/S, FTP/S, MQTT, SNMP, and Modbus TCP enable seamless integration with IT systems and industrial control platforms. For secure remote access, the router offers extensive VPN options, such as OpenVPN, IPsec, WireGuard, Tailscale, GRE, DMVPN, SSTP, L2TP, PPTP, using modern encryption standards. Firewall configuration, VLAN separation, access control lists, web content filtering, and protection against DDoS or port-scanning attacks safeguard network integrity. Policy-based routing and multiple VRF support allow separation of services and traffic flows, improving reliability and performance. Combined with Teltonika’s RMS management tools, the RUTM10 ensures networks remain secure, monitored, and responsive even in mission-critical applications.

Built for demanding environments, the RUTM10 features a MediaTek 880 MHz dual-core processor, 256 MB DDR3 RAM, and a combined 16 MB NOR + 256 MB NAND flash memory for smooth RutOS operation. Connectivity is expanded through digital input/output for integration with sensors or alarms, a USB 2.0 port for storage or peripherals, and RP-SMA connectors for external Wi-Fi antennas. The sturdy anodized aluminum casing offers IP30-rated protection from dust and accidental contact, ensuring reliable performance and extended service life in industrial settings. Its versatile design allows installation on a DIN rail, wall, or flat surface, adapting easily to various mounting requirements. Capable of operating between –40 °C and +75 °C, the router is well-suited for challenging indoor environments like hot industrial facilities, monitoring rooms, or enclosed cabinets. It supports two power options: a 4-pin industrial DC connector (9–50 V) with surge and reverse-polarity protection, or passive PoE on LAN1 for easier installation. Remote monitoring and configuration are supported through RMS, FOTA updates, TR-069, SNMP, and JSON-RPC, enabling centralized management across large distributed networks.
