POE Injector 12 Port Gigabit Rackmount Passive PoE Injector

The POE12PG is a twelve-port passive PoE injector designed for centralized power distribution in larger Gigabit Ethernet installations. It features twenty-four RJ45 interfaces arranged as twelve independent channels, with a dedicated LAN input and PoE output for each connected device. This allows a conventional non-PoE switch or router to provide network data and power to compatible access points, wireless CPE equipment, IP cameras, VoIP devices, and other Ethernet hardware without using twelve separate injectors. Every RJ45 interface supports data rates of up to 1 Gbps when paired with compatible network devices and cabling, making the unit suitable for installations where Gigabit connectivity must be retained across multiple powered endpoints.

The 1U enclosure is designed for installation in a standard 19-inch rack, allowing the injector to be integrated neatly alongside switches, routers, patch panels, and other network equipment. One centrally installed unit can support up to twelve compatible passive PoE devices, reducing the number of individual adapters and helping organize power and data connections within the rack. An external power supply is required and is not included. As the POE12PG uses passive PoE, the selected power source and all connected devices must use compatible voltage, polarity, current requirements, and PoE pin arrangements. Standards-based IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, or 802.3bt negotiation should not be assumed.
