5MP AI Motorized Mini Dome Camera

The Milesight MS-C5375-FPC is a 5 MP motorized dome network camera built around a 1/2.8-inch progressive scan CMOS sensor. It produces images at up to 2592 × 1944 resolution, preserving fine scene detail for monitoring and recorded review. Its motorized 2.7–13.5 mm lens allows the viewing angle to be adjusted between a broad overview and a narrower, more focused perspective without replacing the lens. Across this range, the horizontal field of view changes from 99° to 31°, while automatic or manual focus control helps keep the selected area clear after the focal length is changed. This flexibility supports installations where the required framing may need to be refined after mounting.

The camera is designed for changing light conditions, delivering colour images at illumination levels down to 0.008 lux at F1.4 and switching to black-and-white operation with infrared illumination when necessary. Integrated IR reaches up to 50 metres, extending visibility in dark areas without supplementary lighting. Day, night, automatic, customized, and scheduled operating modes allow the transition to match the installation. A 120 dB Super WDR function balances bright and dark portions of the same scene, while shutter speeds from 1/100000 second to 1 second support adaptation to different lighting and movement. Brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness can also be adjusted to suit the monitored environment and the preferred image presentation.

The primary video stream supports full 2592 × 1944 resolution at up to 30 fps in 60 Hz operation or 25 fps in 50 Hz operation. When a higher frame rate is preferred, the camera can deliver 45 fps at 2048 × 1536 and up to 60 fps at 1920 × 1080 under 60 Hz conditions, with corresponding rates of 45 fps and 50 fps in 50 Hz environments. Secondary and tertiary streams offer additional resolution and frame-rate combinations, allowing live viewing, recording, and remote access to use separate profiles according to their individual image-quality and bandwidth requirements across different monitoring tasks.

H.265+, H.265, H.264+, H.264, and MJPEG compression provide several options for managing storage consumption, network load, and compatibility. The adjustable 16 Kbps to 16 Mbps bit rate supports both constant and variable modes, making it possible to select predictable bandwidth use or adapt the stream to scene complexity. Up to eight regions of interest can receive targeted encoding attention, while privacy protection supports 24 masked areas and four mosaic areas. Video can be stored locally on microSD, SDHC, or SDXC cards with capacities up to 256 GB. The camera also supports NAS storage through NFS or SMB/CIFS, together with ANR for network recording continuity within the same deployment.

Built-in analytics allow the camera to identify specific activity rather than relying only on continuous observation. Available functions include region entrance and exit detection, advanced motion detection, tamper detection, line crossing, loitering, and recognition of objects that have been left behind or removed. Face detection can locate and capture faces while generating real-time snapshots. People counting records entries and exits and supports regional counting across as many as four detection areas. Additional image-processing functions include heat mapping, backlight and highlight compensation, two-dimensional and three-dimensional noise reduction, defog, automatic white balance, electronic image stabilization, anti-flicker, corridor mode, deblur, watermarking, automatic gain control, and IP address filtering.

Events can be triggered by motion detection, network disconnection, audio alarms, and other configured conditions, with responses including FTP or SMTP upload, SD card recording, SIP phone notification, and HTTP notification. The built-in microphone captures sound, and the camera supports G.711, AAC, G.722, and G.726 audio compression as well as two-way audio. Integration options include ONVIF Profiles G, Q, S, and T, an API, SIP, and Voice and Video over IP. A 10/100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet port provides network connectivity, while PoE based on IEEE 802.3af carries power through the network connection. The IK10-rated metal housing and protection up to IP67 support exposed installations, and the operating range extends from -40 °C to 60 °C in non-condensing humidity up to 90%.
