Recessed Mount A78

The Milesight MS-A78 is a recessed ceiling mount designed for compatible Milesight Pro Dome and Mini PTZ Dome network cameras. It allows a substantial part of the camera and mounting hardware to be installed above the ceiling line, leaving the dome section visible for monitoring while creating a more discreet and integrated appearance. This installation format is well suited to indoor locations where surface-mounted hardware would be visually intrusive and where the ceiling structure provides sufficient space for the recessed assembly. The circular mount measures Ø256 × 94 mm and weighs 715 g, providing a stable interface for the supported camera housing.

Its aluminium-alloy construction combines a solid mounting structure with a clean white finish that suits common ceiling surfaces. By positioning the camera body within the ceiling, the MS-A78 reduces the amount of equipment projecting into the room and keeps much of the mounting assembly out of direct reach. The bracket is intended specifically for in-ceiling installation and provides a purpose-built alternative to standard surface mounting.
