The JCG058 is an external GSM antenna designed for cellular communication across the 824–960 MHz and 1710–2170 MHz frequency ranges. Its linear polarization and 2 dBi zenith gain support signal transmission and reception within the specified bands, while the 50-ohm impedance makes it suitable for compatible radio equipment. A VSWR below 2.0 indicates efficient radio-frequency transfer across the operating range. The compact enclosed design integrates the antenna element in an ABS radome, providing a practical form for permanent installation on equipment housings, control panels, or other suitable surfaces where a fixed external antenna is required.

The antenna is installed with a screw mount, creating a secure mechanical connection while allowing the cable to pass through the mounting surface. It uses RG174 cable or an alternative cable option and can be supplied with an SMA or another compatible connector, enabling the connection format to be matched to the intended device. The housing measures approximately 50 mm in diameter and 48 mm in height, so the antenna occupies little external space after installation. It is rated for operation from -40 °C to +85 °C and relative humidity up to 95%.
