POE Injector 24-Port Gigabit Passive PoE Rackmount

The POE24PG is a 24-port passive PoE injector designed for centralized power delivery in larger Gigabit Ethernet installations. It features forty-eight RJ45 interfaces arranged as twenty-four independent channels, with a dedicated LAN input and PoE output for each connected device. This allows a standard switch or router without PoE functionality to provide network data and power to compatible wireless access points, outdoor CPE equipment, IP cameras, VoIP devices, and other Ethernet hardware without requiring twenty-four separate injectors. Every RJ45 interface supports data rates of up to 1 Gbps when paired with suitable network equipment and cabling, making the unit appropriate for installations where Gigabit connectivity must be maintained across many powered endpoints.

The 1U enclosure is designed for installation in a standard 19-inch rack, where it can be integrated neatly with switches, routers, patch panels, and other network components. One centrally mounted unit can support up to twenty-four compatible passive PoE devices, reducing the number of individual adapters and simplifying the organization of power and data connections. An external power supply is required and is not included. As the POE24PG uses passive PoE, the selected power source and all connected devices must have compatible voltage, polarity, current requirements, and PoE pin arrangements. Automatic standards-based negotiation according to IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, or 802.3bt should not be assumed.
