Alfa APOE03G-C Gigabit Passive PoE Adapter for R36A & Tube Ethernet Series

The APOE03G-C is a Gigabit Passive PoE adapter for powering R36A and Tube Ethernet series devices from a single power source. It supports 10/100/1000 Gigabit LAN connectivity and provides separate connections for indoor and outdoor equipment. For the indoor device, the adapter includes a 200 mm DC plug cable for power and a 200 mm Ethernet Cat5e cable for data. For the outdoor device, PoE power is delivered through LAN pins 4/5 (+) and 7/8 (-), while data uses all four LAN pairs. This arrangement lets the adapter distribute both power and network connectivity between the indoor and outdoor sides while using one power source for the supported R36A and Tube Ethernet series equipment.

When used with Tube Ethernet series devices, the APOE03G-C supports Ethernet cable runs of up to 100 m, compared with the 5-8 m USB cable length limitation of Tube USB series devices. This provides a substantially longer cable run for Tube Ethernet installations without relying on the shorter USB connection used by the Tube USB series. The adapter includes a DC jack input and supports a maximum current of 1 A. It operates from -35 to 60 °C and can be stored from -45 to 70 °C, with a supported operating humidity range of 10-90% non-condensing. Its enclosure measures 48 × 50 × 24 mm and weighs 43 g, keeping the adapter compact for placement alongside the connected equipment.
