The UniFi Switch Enterprise Campus 24S PoE is engineered for demanding enterprise and campus networks that require both high throughput and large-scale device connectivity. It provides a non-blocking switching capacity of 460 Gbps, a forwarding rate of 342 Mpps, and support for up to 1,000 VLANs, making it suitable for multi-department environments, building-to-building aggregation, and large access layers. The switch features an extensive port configuration that includes 8× 2.5GbE RJ45 PoE+++ ports, 16× 10GbE RJ45 PoE+++ ports, 1× GbE RJ45 port for management or uplink, 4× 25G SFP28 ports, and 2× 100G QSFP28 uplink/stacking ports, enabling flexible deployment topologies and high-bandwidth uplinks to distribution or core switches. Layer 3 capabilities include DHCP Server, DHCP Relay, Static Routing, and Inter-VLAN Routing, ensuring advanced traffic segmentation and routing within local networks. The chassis, built from SGCC steel with an aluminum mounting frame, fits standard 19-inch four-post racks at depths of 650–1000 mm. The ECS-24S-PoE provides powerful and flexible PoE delivery across its 8× 2.5GbE RJ45 ports and 16× 10GbE RJ45 ports, each supporting PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt) with up to 90 W per port, powering high-consumption devices such as Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 access points, PTZ cameras, smart lighting, and industrial endpoints. Total PoE power availability is designed for large-scale deployments: the switch offers 1,850 W PoE budget in Shared Mode (100–120 V AC) and 2,250 W PoE budget in Shared Mode (200–240 V AC). When using the redundant configuration, the switch provides 850 W PoE budget at 100–120 V AC and 1,050 W PoE budget at 200–240 V AC, enabling continuous power to critical devices even during maintenance or PSU replacement. Power redundancy is ensured via two hot-swappable 600 W AC/DC power modules, and cooling reliability is provided through four hot-swappable fan modules, both of which allow component replacement without service interruption. Power is supplied using a universal 100–240 V AC input, making the ECS-24S-PoE suitable for international deployment. Together, these features deliver a robust power architecture optimized for enterprise networks with extensive PoE requirements.

Beyond switching performance and PoE delivery, the ECS-24S-PoE includes a comprehensive suite of enterprise management features designed for scalable installations. The switch supports high-speed stacking using its 2× 100G QSFP28 ports, allowing multiple Enterprise Campus switches to operate as a single logical system for simplified management and unified configuration. On the Layer 2 side, the ECS-24S-PoE offers LACP link aggregation, STP/RSTP, IGMP Snooping, Advanced IGMP settings (Querier, Fast Leave, Router Port), QoS with DSCP, Port Isolation, Jumbo Frames, 802.1X port authentication, and MAC-based ACLs. Layer 3 functionality includes DHCP Server, DHCP Relay, Static Routing, and Inter-VLAN Routing. Operational visibility is enhanced with Etherlighting™ port indicators and a 1.3-inch touchscreen LCM display for quick diagnostics and configuration checks. The switch operates within a temperature range of –5 °C to 40 °C and 10–95% non-condensing humidity, supporting stable performance in equipment rooms and data-center environments.
