Industrial PoE+ Switch
The Teltonika TSW200 is an industrial unmanaged PoE+ Ethernet switch designed for high-bandwidth networking and centralised power distribution in industrial, enterprise, surveillance, and IoT applications. The switch features eight Gigabit Ethernet ports with support for IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at PoE+ standards, allowing connected devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, industrial controllers, and VoIP equipment to receive both data and power through a single Ethernet cable. Each PoE+ port can provide up to 30 W of power, while the total PoE budget reaches 240 W for powering multiple devices simultaneously. In addition to copper Ethernet connectivity, the TSW200 includes two SFP ports for long-range fibre-optic communication, making it suitable for larger industrial infrastructures and extended network deployments.
All Ethernet ports support 10/100/1000 Mbps speeds with auto MDI/MDIX crossover functionality for simplified installation and compatibility with different cable types. Support for IEEE 802.3x flow control and IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet technology helps maintain stable performance while optimising power consumption. With a non-blocking bandwidth of 20 Gbps, jumbo frame support up to 9216 bytes, and a 2K MAC address table, the TSW200 is designed to efficiently handle demanding network traffic in professional industrial environments.
Rugged Design
Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Teltonika TSW200 combines rugged construction with reliable long-term operation. The switch is housed in a durable full aluminium enclosure with IP30 protection and operates in temperatures from -40 °C to 75 °C with humidity levels from 5% to 95% non-condensing. Measuring 132 x 44.2 x 95.1 mm and weighing 517 g, the device is suitable for industrial cabinets, automation systems, transportation infrastructure, and professional surveillance installations. An integrated DIN rail bracket is included, while optional wall and flat surface mounting kits provide additional installation flexibility. The TSW200 uses a 2-pin industrial DC power connector supporting 7 - 57 VDC input voltage, while PoE-out functionality operates within a 44 - 57 VDC input range.
Power consumption remains efficient with only 1.81 W idle consumption and 5.5 W maximum non-PoE consumption. Multiple status LEDs provide quick visual indication of power, Ethernet activity, and SFP link status, simplifying monitoring and diagnostics during installation and maintenance. The switch complies with major international regulatory and safety standards including CE, UKCA, FCC, IC, CB, ANRT, and IEC 62368-1 certifications. Additional protection against surge, ESD, EFT, and radiated immunity disturbances helps ensure stable operation in electrically demanding industrial environments.
