The Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Ultra 210W (USW-Ultra-210W) is a compact yet highly capable Layer 2 switch designed for modern, space-constrained network environments. With 8 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports, it provides reliable wired connectivity for offices, retail spaces, and smart home installations. The switch features seven PoE+ ports for powering compatible devices such as access points, IP cameras, and VoIP phones, along with one PoE++ input port that enables flexible power delivery to the switch itself. Designed with adaptability in mind, the USW-Ultra-210W supports multiple power input methods, including DC input, PoE++, and an external AC/DC adapter (included). It operates within a supported voltage range of 50–57V DC/PoE, allowing seamless integration into existing UniFi infrastructures.

Note: PoE input is supported for switch operation, but PoE+/PoE++ input or AC power is required for PoE output, ensuring predictable and stable power behavior across deployments.

The total PoE budget varies depending on the power source: 42W with PoE++ input, 16W with PoE+ input, 42W with a 60W PoE adapter, 52W with a 60W AC adapter, and up to an impressive 202W when powered by a 210W AC adapter. Despite its capabilities, the switch remains energy-efficient. Maximum power consumption excluding PoE output is just 9W with PoE input or 8W with adapter input, while maximum consumption including PoE output reaches 210W when using a 210W AC adapter.
