4-Port Gigabit PoE Injector 802.3af/at Mode A | Active PoE Injector

The POE4PG-802.3AT/AF is a four-port active PoE injector designed to add standards-based power delivery to an existing Gigabit Ethernet network. It features four LAN inputs and four corresponding PoE outputs, providing eight 1 Gbps RJ45 connections in total. Each channel carries network data from a switch or router and adds power for a compatible endpoint, allowing up to four devices to be connected through a single injector. Support for IEEE 802.3af PoE and IEEE 802.3at PoE+ makes it suitable for compatible IP cameras, wireless access points, VoIP phones, and other powered network equipment. Unlike a passive injector, this model is intended for standards-compliant PoE equipment.

Power is delivered using Mode A, while Gigabit data transmission remains available on every channel when suitable cabling and connected devices are used. Active detection helps ensure that power is supplied only after a compatible powered device is recognized. The wall-mountable enclosure keeps multi-device installations organized in network cabinets, equipment rooms, or other fixed locations. An external power supply is required and is not included, so it must be selected according to the injector’s input requirements and the combined power demand of all connected devices. The available power budget should always be checked when several PoE or PoE+ devices are operated simultaneously.
