MikroTik SolidRACK 5 mini – 10-Inch Adjustable Desktop Rack for Network Equipment

The MikroTik SolidRACK 5 mini is a 10-inch 5U desktop rack for compatible networking equipment, with space for routers, switches, power distribution equipment, and other devices made for standard 10-inch racks. It works with MikroTik hardware and other equipment designed for this format. The frame can remain at a 90-degree position or be tilted by loosening the side screws, adjusting the angle, and tightening them again. This makes it possible to adjust the rack position for easier access to installed equipment. The rack can also be mounted under a desk, providing another documented placement option in addition to desktop use.

The mounting system is designed to simplify equipment positioning during installation. Mounting nuts slide freely along the rails, making it possible to place them exactly where the installed hardware requires, while rubber inserts add enough friction to hold them in position once adjusted. This avoids the need to repeatedly handle loose mounting hardware while aligning equipment in the rack. The aluminium construction keeps the SolidRACK 5 mini lightweight while maintaining a sturdy frame, and the supplied rubber pads help protect a desktop surface from scratches. Additional space is reserved for cable management, helping accommodate the cabling connected to installed network equipment. The rack is supplied disassembled in a compact box with everything required for assembly, which can be completed within a few minutes.
