The MikroTik TG-LR82 is a configurable LoRaWAN sensor tag designed to collect environmental and motion data across a wide range of IoT deployments. Built as an all in one monitoring device, it combines multiple sensing capabilities in a compact and efficient form, enabling users to track conditions and events in real time. The device integrates temperature, humidity, and motion sensing, along with tilt and orientation detection. This combination allows it to monitor environmental conditions as well as physical movement or changes in position. Equipped with a high accuracy temperature sensor, the TG-LR82 is particularly effective for monitoring temperature sensitive environments. Powered by the LR1120 LoRa transceiver, the device delivers reliable wireless performance with transmit power levels of up to 13 dBm in the 2.4 GHz band and high sensitivity for long distance communication. Typical deployment scenarios can achieve ranges of up to approximately 1.5 km, depending on environmental conditions and gateway configuration.

The sensor supports LoRaWAN protocol version 1.0.4 with Class A and Class B operation modes, ensuring compatibility with modern IoT networks. Additional features such as Adaptive Data Rate optimize communication efficiency by automatically adjusting transmission parameters based on network conditions. Integration with MikroTik LR8 gateways enables seamless deployment within existing IoT infrastructure. The device can be configured via LoRaWAN downlinks, allowing remote updates and flexible management. This adaptability makes it suitable for dynamic environments where monitoring requirements may change over time.

The MikroTik TG-LR82 is built for long term operation in demanding environments, featuring a compact enclosure with dimensions of 76 × 45 × 19 mm. The device is powered by a non replaceable 1100 mAh lithium battery, designed to support extended operation with an expected lifetime of up to approximately five years depending on configuration. This long battery life reduces maintenance requirements and makes the sensor suitable for remote or hard to access locations.

It operates within a temperature range of -10 to 70° C and supports humidity levels across the full 0% to 100% range, enabling deployment in diverse environmental conditions. The included mounting accessories, such as a screw set and optional bracket, provide flexibility for installation on various surfaces, including metal structures.
