The primary benefit of UI Care is an extended warranty period for your UniFi U7 Pro. The standard warranty period for most Ubiquiti products is 2 years. UI Care extends this warranty for an additional 5 years. This provides peace of mind knowing your equipment is covered in case of malfunctions or hardware failures beyond the standard warranty period.
Expedited Replacement
In the event of a hardware failure with a UI Care-protected device, Ubiquiti offers expedited replacement service. This means you'll receive a replacement device before you return the faulty one, minimizing downtime and disruption to your network. When utilizing the expedited replacement service, UI Care covers the return shipping costs for the faulty device. This eliminates additional expenses associated with the replacement process.
