Long-Distance LTE Antenna
QuMax for Teltonika RUTX09 is an integrated outdoor antenna enclosure that combines a high-power multi-band LTE directional antenna, an embedded GPS antenna, and space for installing a Teltonika RUTX09 router in one unit. The product is also compatible with RUTM09, allowing the same enclosure concept to be used with either supported router model. By placing the router and antennas inside a single IP67 housing, the system creates an all-in-one outdoor installation where the communication device and antenna system are installed together rather than as separate components. The directional LTE antenna is intended for long-distance connections to a base station.
This makes it suitable for fixed installations where the antenna can be aimed toward the signal source to improve reception in the required direction. It is positioned for use in industrial environments where a stronger directional LTE antenna is needed for outdoor connectivity. The antenna operates across 694–960 MHz, 1.7–2.2 GHz, and 2.2–2.7 GHz frequency ranges, supporting multiple LTE and selected 5G-related bands. Gain reaches up to 6 dBi depending on the frequency range, while the front-to-back ratio of more than 8 dB helps focus antenna performance toward the selected direction and reduce reception from behind the antenna.
The enclosure is designed for outdoor operation and integrates the supported Teltonika router together with the antenna system inside one protected housing. Its IP67 ingress protection supports deployment in demanding weather conditions, while the operating temperature range from -40°C to 80°C allows installation in both cold and hot outdoor environments. The housing is made from ABS, aluminum, PTFE, and fiberglass, combining materials suitable for a durable outdoor antenna enclosure. Installation is supported on masts with diameters from 25 to 66 mm, making the system suitable for common outdoor mounting structures.
With dimensions of 272 x 276 x 96 mm and a weight of 1.8 kg, the enclosure remains compact while still providing internal space for the compatible router. The recommended enclosure tightening torque is 0.6–0.8 Nm, helping installers apply an appropriate tightening range during assembly. The RJ45 connector supports the wired network connection through the housing, keeping the installation organized within one outdoor unit. The LTE antenna uses vertical polarization and 50 Ω impedance. Its 90° beamwidth in both planes, with a stated tolerance of ±30°, reflects its directional design and supports focused alignment toward the selected coverage area. The integrated GPS antenna adds positioning capability without requiring a separate external GPS antenna, completing the outdoor router and antenna setup in one enclosure.
NOTE! The antenna doesn’t support B32 band and n77 (above 3800MHz) band!
