PCIe WiFi 6E Card
AIT-AX210 is a WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 expansion card for desktop computers, built around the Intel AX210NGW module from the Intel WiFi 6E (Gig+)/Typhoon Peak series. It supports IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax and operates across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands, giving one adapter access to all three frequency ranges supported by the module. Wireless data rates reach up to 2.4 Gbps, providing the stated performance level for compatible WiFi connections. Backward compatibility also allows the card to operate with earlier supported WiFi generations rather than restricting use to IEEE 802.11ax networks. All three frequency bands are handled by the same module.
The WiFi 6E platform includes OFDMA, 1024QAM, MU-MIMO, TPC/DFS, and TWT, bringing the listed IEEE 802.11ax capabilities together within the same wireless card. Bluetooth 5.2 is integrated alongside WiFi, so the adapter adds both types of wireless connectivity to a desktop system through the Intel module. Operating system support covers Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 as well as Linux with kernel 5.10 or later, defining the software environments specified for the card. This combination of tri-band operation, current and earlier IEEE 802.11 standards, integrated Bluetooth, and support for the listed Windows and Linux versions makes AIT-AX210 a single-card option for adding its supported wireless functions to a compatible desktop computer.
Interfaces and Installation
AIT-AX210 uses a PCI Express ×1 adapter and can be installed in PCIe ×1, ×4, ×8, or ×16 slots, giving installers several compatible motherboard slot options. WiFi communication uses PCIe ×1, while Bluetooth connects through USB 2.0. The Intel module itself has an M.2/NGFF A+E-key 2230 form factor and is installed on the adapter board by default, so the main wireless module and its PCIe carrier are already assembled. The adapter also provides two RP-SMA female antenna connectors, while the module uses two IPEX4 (MHF4) connections internally, linking the removable external antenna hardware to the compact M.2 module.
Two tri-band dipole omnidirectional antennas with 5 dBi gain are included for the card’s wireless connection. The package also contains two IPEX4 (MHF4) to RP-SMA female pigtail RF cables, a plastic cover for the IPEX4 (MHF4) connectors, a mounting screw for the PCIe adapter board, and a USB 2.0 cable for Bluetooth. These supplied components support the physical installation of the card, the internal-to-external RF connection, and the separate Bluetooth bus connection required by the adapter design. With the module pre-installed and the antennas, pigtails, cover, screw, and USB cable supplied together, the set provides the hardware listed for fitting the adapter into a compatible desktop PC and connecting its WiFi and Bluetooth functions.
