Fiberglass Omnidirectional Antenna
The AOA-4G-5M is a fiberglass omnidirectional antenna designed for operation across 698–960 MHz and 1710–2700 MHz. Its omnidirectional radiation pattern provides 360° horizontal coverage, allowing the antenna to radiate around the installation point without requiring directional alignment. A 35° vertical beam width and vertical polarization define its radiation characteristics, while the specified 4/5 dBi gain supports operation across the stated frequency ranges. With VSWR below 1.5 and a 50 ohm impedance, the antenna is specified for efficient RF operation within its supported bands. Connection is provided through an N male connector, giving the antenna a defined interface for integration with compatible equipment and simplifying selection where this connector type is required.
The antenna uses a fiberglass body and is intended for pole mounting, supporting installation poles from Ø30 to Ø50 mm. Its Ø20 × 320 mm dimensions keep the antenna compact, while the 250 g weight makes it relatively lightweight for mounting. The design is specified for operating temperatures from -40 to 70 °C and a rated wind velocity of 60 m/s, allowing deployment where the antenna may be exposed to wide temperature variation and strong wind. A maximum input power of 100 W defines the supported power handling limit and should be considered during system integration. These mechanical and electrical characteristics provide practical parameters for selecting, positioning, and installing the AOA-4G-5M in compatible pole-mounted RF applications.
