Ensure to buy both the UCG Fiber and UI Care together directly from our webshop. It’s important to note that UI Care cannot be purchased for UCG Fiber devices that are already in use or were bought previously.
UI Care is available only for products purchased in accordance with the conditions above. The license may be sold only to end customers in the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, and Brazil.
Extended Warranty
Ubiquiti UI Care is a paid service offered by Ubiquiti Networks that extends the warranty period and provides additional benefits like priority technical support or replacement services in the European Union market. The primary benefit of UI Care is an extended warranty period for your UniFi Cloud Gateway Fiber. The standard warranty period for most Ubiquiti products is 2 years. UI Care extends this warranty for an additional 5 years. This provides peace of mind knowing your equipment is covered in case of malfunctions or hardware failures beyond the standard warranty period.
Expedited Replacement
In the event of a hardware failure with a UI Care-protected device, Ubiquiti offers expedited replacement service. This means you'll receive a replacement device before you return the faulty one, minimizing downtime and disruption to your network. When utilizing the expedited replacement service, UI Care covers the return shipping costs for the faulty device. This eliminates additional expenses associated with the replacement process.
