The Ubiquiti Wave-AP, with the model part number WAVE-AP, is a high-performance 60 GHz PtMP (Point-to-Multipoint) access point designed for outdoor use. It operates on a 60 GHz frequency band and supports a maximum throughput of 5.4 Gbps, which effectively operates at 2.7 Gbps duplex. This device can support up to 24 client stations and offers a range of up to 8 km when connected to a Wave Pro or Wave Long-Range, and up to 5 km when connected to a Wave Nano​.
