The UniFi Retrofit Hub (UA-Retrofit-Hub-2) is a DC-powered access control hub designed to manage up to two doors with maximum security and efficiency. It seamlessly integrates with the UniFi Access application, providing a unified interface for controlling doors, gates, and elevators. The hub supports up to 10,000 users, offering flexible unlocking methods and real-time monitoring of entry and exit events. The Retrofit Hub supports various access hardware, including third-party Wiegand readers, UniFi Retrofit readers, and multiple electric and magnetic locks. It features two digital input terminals for readers, two for door exit requests, and two for door position monitoring, along with one emergency input for instant lock release. The hub offers dry relay outputs rated up to 30V DC/1A and powered relay outputs of 12V DC/1A or 24V DC/0.5A, accommodating most common door locking mechanisms. Recommended cable lengths depend on lock type, wire gauge, and UACC door relay cable configuration, ensuring optimal signal and lock performance. The hub provides reliable control for diverse access hardware setups while maintaining safe and stable operation, making it ideal for modern workplaces, schools, or commercial premises that require secure entry systems without sacrificing flexibility.

The UA-Retrofit-Hub-2 is designed for reliable indoor use, operating in ambient temperatures from –10°C to 40°C with up to 90% non-condensing humidity.
