MikroTik RBPOE

The MikroTik RBPOE is a cost-effective passive PoE injector designed to power compatible MikroTik RouterBOARD devices through a standard Ethernet cable. It allows both power and data to be delivered over a single cable, helping to reduce cable clutter and simplify installations, especially in tower, mast, or remote mounting scenarios. By eliminating the need for separate power cabling, RBPOE makes deployments cleaner, more efficient, and easier to maintain. The unit is simple to use: connect your DC power source to the injector, then link it to the RouterBOARD device using an Ethernet cable. The RBPOE supports an input voltage range of 10–28 V, delivering the same voltage at the output without conversion. It is intended for use with RouterBOARD devices that support passive PoE powering in the 10–28 V range. To compensate for potential voltage loss over longer Ethernet cables, an input voltage of at least 18 V is recommended. Built for long-term reliability, the injector has an MTBF of approximately 100,000 hours at 25°C, making it suitable for continuous operation in professional networking environments. With no active electronics involved in voltage conversion, the RBPOE offers stable performance and minimal points of failure.
