The E3372-325 is a compact LTE USB dongle designed to provide high-speed mobile network access for SOHO environments and business users. It supports LTE, HSPA+, HSPA, HSDPA, HSUPA, and UMTS, allowing the device to operate across several mobile network standards. Supported LTE bands include B1, B3, B7, B8, B20, B28, B38, and B40, while HSPA+/HSPA/UMTS connectivity is available on B1 and B8. This broad band coverage helps the dongle work with different operator networks in supported service areas. When connected to a computer through its USB 2.0 Type-A interface, it can establish Internet access and support online activities such as web browsing, email, messaging, and file transfers.

LTE FDD data rates reach up to 150 Mbit/s for downloads and 50 Mbit/s for uploads, while HSPA+ supports up to 21 Mbit/s, HSDPA up to 14.4 Mbit/s, and HSUPA up to 5.76 Mbit/s. These performance levels make the device suitable for everyday mobile connectivity where a wired connection is unavailable. Plug and Play support simplifies initial use, and the dongle can automatically connect to the network after being attached to a PC. Users may rely on preset APN parameters or configure the APN through the device’s WebUI. A Mini-SIM interface provides the mobile network connection, while two TS-5 external antenna interfaces allow compatible external antennas to be attached when required by the installation.

The WebUI provides a central interface for monitoring and managing the E3372-325 from a connected computer. It displays connection status, signal strength, operator name, network mode, and roaming status, giving users a clear overview of the active mobile connection. Automatic connection and reconnection functions help restore access without requiring repeated manual setup when the connection is interrupted. The interface also supports PIN unlocking and provides access to basic device information. LTE/UMTS SMS functionality is integrated into the same management environment, allowing users to read, write, send, and receive messages. Dedicated Inbox, Outbox, and Drafts sections keep message handling organised directly through the browser-based interface.

A built-in LED indicates the current network status, providing a quick visual reference without opening the WebUI. The dongle measures 88 × 28 × 11.5 mm and weighs no more than 35 g, making it easy to carry with a laptop or keep connected during mobile work. Maximum power consumption is below 3.5 W, with power supplied through the USB connection. The device is specified for operation from −10 °C to +40 °C and storage from −20 °C to +70 °C, with supported humidity from 5% to 95%. It is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10, excluding Windows RT, as well as Mac OS X versions 10.12 through 10.15, provided the computer meets the requirements of the installed operating system.
