The MS-C5367-X23PC is a 5MP AI PTZ Bullet Plus network camera built for monitoring areas where both image detail and controllable viewing direction are important. It uses a 1/2.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor and delivers a maximum image resolution of 2592 × 1944, allowing the camera to capture more detail than a standard Full HD image. The camera supports day, night, automatic, customized, and scheduled operating modes, so image behavior can be adapted to different site routines rather than remaining fixed in one mode. This makes it practical for locations that require different visibility settings during business hours, after closing, or at night.

For challenging light, the camera combines low-light capture with 120 dB Super WDR, helping preserve visibility when bright and dark areas appear in the same scene. With IR enabled, it can operate in black-and-white mode in complete darkness, while the IR distance of up to 180 m supports long-range night surveillance. Video can be encoded in H.265+, H.265, H.264+, H.264, or MJPEG, giving installers options for compatibility and efficient video delivery depending on the recording system and network design. Adjustable CBR or VBR bit rate control further helps match the stream to storage capacity and available bandwidth. This is useful for balancing clarity with recording efficiency.

The 5 to 117 mm lens provides 23X optical zoom, enabling operators to move from a wider overview to distant subjects while maintaining optical image detail. Its field of view ranges from a broad horizontal 55° view to a narrow 3° view, which makes the camera suitable for both area coverage and focused observation. Focus can be controlled automatically, semi-automatically, or manually, giving flexibility when the camera needs to follow changing scenes or remain fixed on a selected subject. The approximate 6-second wide-to-tele zoom speed supports responsive adjustment when moving between overview and close-up monitoring.

PTZ movement extends the practical use of the zoom lens by allowing continuous 360° pan and a tilt range from -45° to 30°. The camera supports proportional zoom, auto tracking, 3D positioning, preset freezing, PTZ limits, initial position, auto scan, and auto home. Up to 300 presets can be configured, with 8 patrols and up to 48 presets in each patrol, helping operators automate routine viewing routes. Power-off memory helps the camera return to its previous operating position after an interruption. These PTZ functions are useful when one camera must cover several points of interest instead of remaining fixed on a single view. It also simplifies repeated surveillance tasks.

The camera includes AI video analytics for event-based monitoring, including region entrance, region exiting, advanced motion detection, tamper detection, line crossing, loitering, object left, and object removed. It also supports face detection with real-time snapshots, as well as people counting and reporting for the number of people entering or exiting. Up to 4 detection areas can be used for regional people counting, helping separate activity in different zones of the monitored area without relying only on general motion events. Privacy masking supports up to 28 areas, including mask and mosaic areas, for limiting visibility where monitoring should be restricted.

For system integration, the camera provides one RJ45 10/100M Ethernet port, audio input and output, alarm input and output, and two-way audio support. Local storage is available through microSD, SDHC, or SDXC cards up to 256 GB, while NAS storage supports NFS and SMB/CIFS with ANR. Event actions include FTP upload, SMTP upload, SD card recording, external output, SIP phone, White LED, PTZ motion, and HTTP notification. The IP66-rated housing, -40 °C to 60 °C operating range, PoE or 12 V DC power input, and ONVIF Profile G, Q, S, and T support make the camera suitable for weather-resistant network surveillance installations.
