Teltonika TSW100 PoE Switch

The Teltonika TSW100 is a compact unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch designed for reliable high-bandwidth networking and centralised Power-over-Ethernet distribution. Equipped with five Gigabit Ethernet ports supporting 10/100/1000 Mbps speeds, the switch provides fast and stable connectivity for industrial automation, surveillance, enterprise, and IoT applications. Four of the Ethernet ports support PoE+ functionality based on IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at standards, delivering up to 30 W of power per port to connected devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, industrial controllers, and VoIP equipment. The switch offers a total PoE power budget of 120 W, allowing multiple powered devices to operate from a single centralised power source while reducing installation complexity and cabling requirements.

Support for IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet technology helps optimise power consumption without compromising network performance. The TSW100 also supports auto MDI/MDIX crossover functionality for simplified installation and automatic cable type detection. With a non-blocking bandwidth of 10 Gbps, support for jumbo frames up to 9216 bytes, and a 2K MAC address table, the switch is designed to handle demanding network traffic efficiently. Additional support for IEEE 802.3x flow control improves stable data transmission during heavy traffic loads, making the TSW100 a dependable networking solution for professional industrial environments.

Designed for harsh industrial environments, the Teltonika TSW100 combines rugged hardware with compact dimensions and reliable long-term operation. The switch is housed in a durable full aluminium enclosure with IP30 protection and operates in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 75 °C with humidity levels from 5% to 95% non-condensing. Measuring only 115 x 32.2 x 101.2 mm and weighing 350 g, the device is well suited for installations where space is limited. DIN rail, wall mounting, and flat surface installation are supported using optional mounting kits. The TSW100 features a 4-pin industrial DC power connector supporting 7 - 57 VDC input voltage, while PoE-out operation supports 44 - 57 VDC input range for stable powered device operation.

Power consumption remains efficient with idle consumption of only 2 W and maximum non-PoE consumption of 9 W. Status LEDs provide quick visual indication of power and Ethernet activity, while a grounding screw improves electrical safety in industrial installations. The switch complies with multiple international regulatory and safety standards including CE, UKCA, FCC, IC, CB, E-Mark, and IEC 62368-1 certifications.
