Teltonika ALL-CAN300 Adapter

The ALL-CAN300 is an advanced CAN adapter designed to acquire data from a wide range of vehicles, including special transport, agricultural and construction transport, light vehicles, vans, trucks, buses, and coaches. It is intended for use cases where a tracking solution needs more than basic location information and requires access to operational data from the vehicle’s on-board computer. This makes the adapter suitable for light vehicle fleets, heavy-duty transport, agricultural transport, construction and mining applications, and predictive maintenance scenarios. The adapter can read basic and additional vehicle parameters, with support for more than 100 data points depending on the vehicle. These can include fuel level, total fuel consumption, vehicle mileage, door status, vehicle speed, engine speed, and engine temperature.

Such information helps provide a more detailed view of how the vehicle is being used and what its current operating condition may be. Fuel and mileage data can support transport cost analysis, while speed, RPM, and temperature values add context for vehicle operation. The available parameter set depends on the vehicle model, year, and equipment, so the exact information collected may vary between installations. This makes compatibility evaluation important when deploying the ALL-CAN300 across mixed or specialized fleets.

The ALL-CAN300 is supported by multiple Teltonika tracker series, including FMB1YX, FMU1YX, FMC1YX, FMM1YX, FM36YX, FM63YX, FMB64X, FMC64X, and FMM64X devices. This allows compatible tracking systems to receive CAN-based vehicle data and expand monitoring beyond positioning, events, and basic telemetry. The adapter is especially useful in installations where data from the vehicle’s on-board computer must be integrated into a broader fleet management setup. The device operates from a 9–63.5 V DC input range, supporting use across the vehicle types listed for the adapter. Low standby and working current values at both 12 V and 24 V make it suitable for continuous vehicle data acquisition without adding unnecessary electrical load.

Its compact 41 x 33 x 14.5 mm housing and 55 g weight help simplify installation in vehicles where available space may be limited. A single status LED provides basic visual feedback during operation, while the main socket and switch support physical connection and setup. The adapter is designed for operation from -40°C to +85°C and up to 85% non-condensing humidity. Additional supported data points include oil pressure or oil level status, accelerator pedal position, VIN number, lights status, CNG-related values, AdBlue level, Webasto, Simple Tacho, seat belt status, and check engine information.
