To check your device’s warranty, please log in to your account and navigate to the Warranty section. Enter the serial number of your device and click on Warranty Check. If the warranty is still valid, the product information will be displayed below. To proceed with a return, click on the Warranty Return button and provide a detailed description of the issue in the designated field. Please upload any files or documents that may be relevant. Then, click Initiate Return to submit your request. You can check the status of your return at any time in the Returns section of your account. All updates regarding your return status will be reflected there.
How to initiate a 30-day return?
To begin a return within the 30-day return window, please log in to your account and go to the Order History section. Please select the order containing the item you wish to return and click Initiate Return. Mark the appropriate item and optionally provide a reason for return. Then, click Initiate Return to submit your request. You will receive the further instructions via the email address provided in your order. After the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition and process your refund within 72 hours. You can monitor the status of your return at any time in the Returns section of your account.
Who provides a warranty for the product? How is the warranty service carried out?
All products purchased from our store have manufacturer's warranty. We offer an extended warranty: 12 to 24 months after the expiration of the standard manufacturer's warranty. Can I withdraw my order?

Do you test the product for performance before selling?
We do not test goods received from manufacturers. If you receive a defective product, you have the right to have it replaced free of charge. Returned goods from buyers are tested by our specialists and listed on the website as used. From the date of sale, they are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty. What happens if the parcel is lost or damaged?
We undertake to replace any goods that have been damaged or lost during carriage by our courier free of charge. If an item is delivered with obvious physical damage, please immediately notify the courier and contact us.
Who pays the shipping costs for warranty returns?
Shipping costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide and pay for the shipping of the repaired or replacement item. The warranty rules can be found here: Terms.
How do I check the remaining warranty term of my device?
Registered users can verify the warranty period for purchased devices in the Warranty section of the personal account. To verify the warranty term you need to enter the serial number of your device.
